Kicking of the 2019 NBA Finals, ESPN brought the ESPN HOUSE event franchise to NYC’s Pier 17 and tapped HudsonGray to oversee design and all consumer activations throughout the event. Pulling inspiration from New York Street Ball Courts, HudsonGray designed and installed a custom basketball cage where event attendees did timed drills in order to win exclusive prizes. The cage doubled as an Instagram-ready photo booth where guests could snap a gif of themselves right from the court. Other activations for the events 2000+ attendees included a custom screen printing T-shirt bar, and a playlist sampling station. In addition to a live feed of the game, the evening featured DJ sets and a performance from Grammy Award Winning Artist 2 Chainz.
